Ok, so this is a unique place, even for Pattaya.
It's presented as an "above board" therapeutic prostate massage. Completion is implied in the price, and you'll get it.
However, the entire process is very... clinical. The masseuse will wear a face mask and latex gloves. She will position herself in ways that when she is bringing you to arousal, it is almost impossible for you to touch her. Also, none of the masseuse's are attractive.
What I did like: my masseuse was quite pleasant. The last 20 minutes was basically a genital massage. She wasn't just trying to get me off. She took her time and prolonged arousal. This was a very nice change.
I can see how some guys would really enjoy this. Personally, it wasn't quite for me. A bit too clinical. I went in hoping for a Stiffler / American Pie experience, and it fell a bit short.
But I'm glad I tried it, and would recommend that everyone at least try it. It might turn out to be your thing.
